Hoping this finds you well & looking forward to some positive & relaxing time over Christmas & into 2023, after yet another very odd & challenging year…

For me, we seem to be getting further & further away from any natural reality in almost any area of our lives… & I find it concerning… however, massage & bodywork brings us back to the now, & to ourselves, & there is nothing virtual about it!!
