Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year!

Clearly, I’m not going to even try & say anything original at this point!

Did just want to send good wishes to those who aren’t on my mailing list, so haven’t had my newsletter by post or email. Do hope you’re all well & will manage the balance you need over the break (if you’re having one).

It’s a strange time of year, I often think… in Cornwall it tends to be grey & soggy (not very Christmassy at all) & there is sometimes a sense of who you’re not with… but, as in every situation, once you’ve faced the feelings around your reality, you can have a chat with yourself & coax yourself into another state!
