A New Start?
Well, it’s always possible to make a new start… though September and January seem to specifically have that energy around them. I’ve sensed it more than usual this year – is it because we’re not still clinging to long, hot, sunny days…? In a lot of the UK in any case, it’s been a bit soggy, to say the least! I wondered if we were impatient to start things indoors… I’ve certainly met loads of people this summer who’ve been clearing, cleaning & madly chucking out.
Coming up, here are some fun ideas I’m getting involved with: Foraging with the National Trust, foodie nights with Potluck Cornwall, Rounders with Potluck Cornwall. I went on a couple of foraging walks earlier in the year, learning how to use herbs & plants to optimise health and made a great nettle infusion to help with adrenal fatigue with great results. I also threw some nettles into a fab chorizo concoction I rustled up – just treat it like spinach! However, you do need to be careful when you pick it, so do your research…
There are more Feldenkrais sessions starting up, with 2 newly qualified teachers, so do explore the classes or the workshops and see which teacher/areas work best – Lauren Witts & Julie Taylor-Browne. Your bodies will thank you! And, if you want a ‘kick ass with love’ massage, contact me…
