Chair Massage outside!

It must be Spring, as I’ve begun to work outside with a few of my Business clients. It doesn’t work in every situation, but the added bonus of fresh air allows another dimension to the ‘Health & Wellbeing Service’.

It’s been a while since the last blog post – life, the universe and everything seem to have conspired to keep my brain & fingers away – apologies. This has more of a practical feel to it, rather than reflective – just like life, the focus changes!

The first Barefoot Walk takes place this Saturday – see me on the poster! Sadly, I’m unable to go due to client appointments, though I have added a morning barefoot wander in the garden to my current regime!

Then, of course, the London Marathon is on Sunday. If you know anyone taking part send them my way for a massage to help with their recovery. All the best to the participants. And don’t forget massage is a great help pre and post any running events, especially if it’s outside what you would normally ask of your body.
